WORLEY, Idaho (March 16, 2020)­—Coeur d’Alene Casino announced today that guests can expect some changes to operations effective Tuesday, March 17.

Coeur D'alene Casino Resort Hotel offers 300 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and complimentary newspapers. 49-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium satellite channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include showers and complimentary toiletries. This Worley resort provides complimentary wired Internet access.

Enhanced Cleaning
The Coeur d’Alene Casino staffs a 24-hour custodial department. The property currently has 35 hand-sanitization stations for employee and guest use and employs an advanced air filtration system that helps keep the air throughout our property purified. Housekeeping staff ensures each room is thoroughly sanitized between visits.

In addition to routine cleaning, the property has implemented enhanced cleaning procedures including increasing the frequency of disinfecting restrooms to every hour, sanitizing gaming machines multiple times during shifts, as well as sanitizing door handles, doors, courtesy phones, tables, chairs, handrails and other high touch and high traffic areas multiple times a day.

In an effort to control high traffic areas and contact on surfaces, side doors will be closed from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday–Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. During those times visitors can enter through the Mountain Lodge, Spa Tower and Main Lobby entrances where a gloved staff member will greet them and open doors.

Restaurants and bingo will now have spaced seating. At bingo, ushers will be available to help guests find their seats with a limit of eight people per table.

Large Events Postponed Through April
Larger gatherings will be postponed through the end of April including meetings, conferences and entertainment. This includes the Coeur d’Alene Tribal Cultural Lifeways Dinner, 27th Anniversary Powwow, Bill Engvall, Native American Sip ‘n’ Paint, Daughtry Acoustic Trio, Stick Games as well as weekly live music at Chinook Lounge and Nighthawk Lounge.

Opening sale and course tours are set for April 10–12 and a demo day is planned for April 25. The clubhouse restaurant, Twisted Earth Grill, will also open with their planned early season offerings. For those looking to get out for fresh air, the course is available for guests to walk cart paths during daylight hours between now and March 27, the clubhouse is now open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
