• All bookings made through the Call Centre and Website are non – refundable.
• No change of booking date or cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of the visit date.
• One date change is allowed for a future date with applicable difference amount payable depending on weekday & weekend pricing and can only be done 24 hours before the booking date.
• If the booking is done for a weekend, but the reschedule date is a weekday refund will not be processed for the difference amount.
• Medical emergency will be considered for full refund and same has to be justified with relevant documents.
• For entry booked online or through the call center, no cancellations/refunds are allowed on blackout dates and special rates.
• No Cancellations/Refund or transfer of ticket will be processed in case of a no show.
• Refunds shall be processed in the same form of payment used to purchase the original ticket/package. Once an online refund request is generated, the same will be processed within 10 working days
• No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes their One-time play coupons or Match play coupons offered to them as part of their package.

• Entry Fee: Entry charges start from Rs 2000/person, from Monday to Thursday. While during the weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), entry charges start from Rs 3000/person. Inside the casino, you can enjoy unlimited food, alcoholic drinks, entertainment and playing chips.

Casino was average however the dance and music performance was good crowd was below average food was normal and the drinks that were complimentary was limited. Entry fees was 7000 per couple and chips given was 6000per couple.overall an average place not worth it to spend 7000.
