Brokerage Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has announced several leadership changes in its L.A. offices.
Karinna Cassidy was promoted Oct. 2 to lead the Southern California and Texas markets for asset services. She was previously Cushman & Wakefield’s city lead for the greater Los Angeles market. That sector’s portfolio grew nearly 30% since 2015 under her leadership.
In her new role, Cassidy will oversee management of roughly 100 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail product in Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, Ventura County, San Diego, Dallas, Austin, Houston and San Antonio.
She will report to Sandra Boyle, who was recently announced as the West Region Lead of Asset Services.
Cassidy is a real estate veteran with more than 30 years of experience.
“Karinna has been integral to our success in the Greater Los Angeles market, and her leadership will play an essential role as we continue to further our industry-leading reputation and grow our footprint in Southern California and Texas,” Andrew McDonald, president of Cushman & Wakefield’s West region, said in a statement.
Cushman & Wakefield also announced this month that broker Josh Bernstein had joined the firm as a managing director. He specializes in landlord representation on the Westside.
